A cloudy pale yellow pour with a medium lasting white head. Aroma and taste is of citrus, lemon, wheat, and some grass and fruity notes with mild bitterness on the finish for balance. Palate is a light body, crisp with good carbonation. This brew seems to be a bit on the bitter side for a Hefeweizen. Overall nothing really special here, an ok brew good for summertime drinking.

Poured into a weizen glass.
3.25 A: Moderately hazed medium orange brownish color. Two fingers of pillowy white head. Retention is good, but it doesn't stick well.
3.0 S: Wheat, clove spiciness, yeastiness. A touch of coriander and bitter lemon peel. It's okay, but it could be a lot cleaner.
2.75 T: Again, wheat, clove, yeastiness. A bit more bitter than I'd like. Lemon peel, coriander. Could also be cleaner here.
2.75 M: Lighter medium body. Carbonation is a bit bity. Lacking creaminess big time.
2.75. D: Not the worst, but definitely not worth ever drinking again.

Grabbed this on sale after being on a hefeweizen kick. A nice color and head but lacking in the aroma. I like my Hefes with a bit more of the banana/clover aroma. Overall an ok beer, probably won't buy again and not worth the price tag for a four-pack..
