Relatively new addition to the small Redding beer scene, but their quality and quantity of beers has been improving since they opened a year or so ago.
In the same location as the Downtown Eatery, I think they had better food, but this place has better beer.
Atmosphere is pretty good, open entry room with mixed seating, bar, tables, and couches. A TV with sports on, and a back room with more seating, and a pool table. There is also small stage set up for bands. Definitely a "younger" crowd here.
Quality is good, over the last few months I have noticed Drakes IPA, some limited release Sierra Nevada beers, Mad River Barrel Aged Stout, and a few other nice oddities.
Service is very friendly, but can also be pretty slow.
Selection is good, about 15-20 taps with a handful of bottles, and good variety.
Food is ok, mainly just pizzas that I have found to be hit and miss. Certainly better than any chain though...
Prices are fair.
Nice place if you want a decent pizza, and a good beer.

Stopped in Redding on the way up to Seattle. Needing a quick bite and beer before hitting the bed this was a great place to stop. Quiet and relaxed place with good prices. The wife and I had both had burgers which are made with in house fresh made buns, which were awesome. Burgers were really good and hit the stop, had a couple if local brews, 1 pale, 1 double IPA. Both were middle of the line beers but always nice to try something new and local. I would like to see more tap handles(only 8 or so) being the area and beer available in the area. Overall I would say stop by have a beer and a bite to eat and u won't be sorry u did.
