Great Food, sometimes decent beer list. They have taps sitting for quite some time though, so be careful. Some of these kegs have been on for months, and the beer tastes funky! Every now and then they do tap takeovers, but one the bigger tap takeovers they are not prepared for the crowd. We were the first ones in the building on a particular takeover and after we ordered our first round our empty glasses sat for well over 10 minutes. We couldn't even get the bar tenders to give us our check! Do you want to be paid??? Another huge disappointment is the smoking. How can you enjoy a well crafted beer when everyone around you is lit up? This is a college bar with your typical meatheads and young kids trying to get wasted. If you are going for the beer or service, pass on this venue. If you are going for the food (which is great), call and take it to go. (861 characters)

I've been to Beer Boys many times and it just keeps getting worse every time I go. On my last visit I had the pleasure of experiencing 3 infected tap lines. These beers had distinct vinegar and sour notes, which you shouldn't be tasting in beers such as Oktoberfests. One beer was from a local brewery (Benny Brewery) and I was real excited to try it, but I unfortunatly had to send it back.

Lots of beer to choose from here, but it's alot of filler. Nothing spectacular here. Every once and a while they'll put on some good stuff such as, Racer 5, Hennepin, Founder's Breakfast Stout, Nuggett Nectar, Celebration Ale. So other than that it's mostly easy drinking session brews, Wheat beers, lagers, Oktoberfests.

The atmosphere isn't the greatest either. Mostly college kids and meatheads. Alot of macro drinkers as well. Most of the folks are there to watch a game or a fight and get trashed. This place does not respect the beer that's for sure!

On a positive note they do have excellent bar food and the service is fast and friendly. Not the most knowledgable staff but still good nonetheless. (1,100 characters)
