Poured into a glass mug.
The appearance was a fairly thick burnt yellow milky color. One finger of white foamy head slid off gently. Some runny lace.
The aroma had some sweet wheat over top of some banana and crushed coriander. Mild yeasty/breadiness on the back end.
The flavor leaned towards the sweet side embracing a fine blend with all of the prior mentioned aromas. Crushed coriander is even lighter here than the aroma. Not much of an aftertaste, but what was there seemed somewhat wheaty, Belgian spicy and yeasty.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a good sessionability about it. Carbonation felt good. Some stickiness but nice. Subtle finish of wheaty Belgian spicy coriander creaminess.
Overall, I'd say pretty nice witbier, I think brewers seem to be lacking these days on creating more of this style. Hopefully, this style comes back.

Look: Very light yellow, nice head with lacing, hazy appearance
Smell: Spicey/fruity yeast aroma
Taste: Mildly sweet throughout, but ends with a mild bitterness, mild spiciness and fruitiness
Feel: Very drinkable
Overall: A very well made beer that hits the spot on a hot summer day. I enjoy it...

The colder this gets the better for sure. The foam and the look are really light like a lemonade. It is very murky and for a wit it bears the standard look
The smell is something to be desired it's there but it isn't. What you can smell is wheat and spice but it is so faint I almost missed it all together. Its very sweet and welcoming. If it were stronger it would definitely stand out.
The tastes is sweet and spicy i am kind of disappointed because much like the smell it is very pleasing but also faint. If maybe they strengthen this one up a bit it would pop. You can tast the orange peel and clove but the coriander seems too over the balance for a wit.
The feel has to be be highlight it feels good really good not to flat not to foamy but it isn't consistent. I poor it to a glass and made a nice head and within 10 minutes it was watery. Its hard to really sit back and enjoy this because the longer you sip it the worse it gets.
Overall I would say that it is a decent beer if it were competing with blue moon or shock top. But as far as a craft wit I find it very weak. This beer has the start of something great but falls short in every category. If you want to enjoy this I recommend leaving it in the can and drinking it rather quick like.

Poured from a 12oz can into a tulip glass:
Appearance: pours a pretty looking orange-gold color, with a thick, soapy head on top. Leaves some spotty lacing, and the beers got tons of bubbles rising all around. Mildly hazy body.
Aroma: lots of wheat character, some mild orange citrus....I don't really get any yeastiness or coriander at all. Pretty subdued as well, the only real scent that pops is the wheat maltiness.
Taste: mildly spicy, mildly orangey, mostly wheaty. The flavor here is pretty average, which, unfortunately is a characteristic of most modern wits. There's opportunity to make this much better. More orange peel maybe?
Feel: thin, a little watery, maybe a touch more carbonation needed.
Overall: it's one of Grey Sail's less successful beers in my opinion, though I could probably drink a few at a cookout or something.

Pale golden color with a white, lacy head. Very little spice aroma; sone orange. (I prefer clove in my wit's aroma.) Clove taste at the start along with a little malty sweetness. I'd go for more malt and more orange, but then it wouldn't be as refreshing either. Appropriately dry in the finish. The light, effervescent mouthfeel makes this (and all good wits) a nice summer quencher.
