I'll admit, I had this a while ago when I hadn't really broken into the IPA world yet. It's entirely possible I'd like this more now, but back then I found this beer to be way too bitter. Of course, this is an IPA we're talking about.

It's absolutely worth a try if you're in the area. (286 characters)

On tap at the Cajun Cafe. Served in a pint glass.

Appearance - Kinda hazy yellow orange. Small white head. Settles to a thin collar.

Smell - Orange, grapefruit, and a resiny grassy hop. A bit of graininess.

Taste - Much more resiny than the nose. Grapefruit is secondary. Grainy cracker malt. Mild bitterness and a grassy finish.

Mouthfeel - Light. Medium carbonation and moderate bitterness.

Overall - Drinkable and flavorful. I could drink a lot of this. (461 characters)
