375 mL bottle poured into a snifter.
Appearance - Hazy yellow body. Has the tiniest green tinge. Nice white head. Surface wisps.
Smell - Herbal and grassy. Clementines are pungent. Pale malts, but not a lot.
Taste - Clementines and grassiness in equal portions. Grainy malt bill. Sharp and a little bitter in the back end.
Mouthfeel - Well carbonated. Medium light body.
Overall - I don't like this profile, but it's a decent beer. Just couldn't drink a ton of it.

Reviewed from notes. Had on-tap at 7venth Sun Brewery. Served in a tulip glass.
A: Hazy orange-yellowish gold, a half-finger's worth of white head, and moderate visible carbonation.
S: Wheat, some black pepper, citrus rind, and orange juice. Minimal levels of farmhouse funk for the style.
T: Wheat and citrus, a bright orange marmalade flavor but without the sweetness. Some black pepper, yeast, grassy, and a bit of fresh barnyard, and mild funk. Dry finish.
M: Light body, good carbonation sensation, and minimal alcohol presence.
O: This was an appealing take on the style, and easy to drink. It falls short of the best in class, but a tasty, different approach to a holiday brew. And the label on the bottle is awesome.
