This was pretty much a standard Taco Mac, about the same selection as the one in downtown Atlanta. Basically a sports bar with good beer selection and good food (of the wings/burgers/fajitas sort). A shit-ton of taps, mostly craft beers and imports, nice menu listing them by style. Strong showing of Atlanta-based breweries, but also some Bell's (Cherry Stout), Stone (Ruination), and the like. Prices were about $4-6 per draft. Long list of bottles but I didn't really check them out. Overall a nice place to stop if you live north of the city.

Stopped in here mainly because I was in the area checking out a few other places, and saw that this one needed a picture so I stopped in. These places are all the same, loud sports bar that tries really hard to sell itself on being a really good beer bar, which it falls short of. Don’t get me wrong they have decent selection compared to most chain restaurants, however they just never have anything really special, rare, or uncommon for most of us. Some decent selections from Rogue, Terrapin, Sweetwater, Left Hand, and others, the same brands you are going to find in any grocery store. What I had tasted clean, maybe they fixed that, but it was just ok. Not the best place in the world, not the worst, but not a destination in of itself for sure.

First of all, the atmosphere was a little to "high school" for me. Young high school kids running around and acting stupid as hell. The beer tastes like it comes from dirty lines and not too fresh. The service (Chase? maybe his name) was horrible. We ran out of beer every glass!! Never have I had such poor service. There was always a dry spell of a few minutes while drinking, not good especially while eating spicy mexican food! Selection is always big at Taco Mac. Lots to choose from. Food is like any other TM, consistant and OK. Value is the same too. Reasonable for the most part, but like to gouge you on the Belgians.

All in all--I hope I never have to go back to this location again. The service was completely crappy and too many teenie-boppers.

A-sports bar and not that nice at that

Q-Beer tasted good, lines seemed clean, glasses were clean, beer was mostly correct temp
Service-mostly good, the one bartender that I see most frequently when I travel here from philly, pours a great beer and is incredibly knowledgable. The others I have seen are less knowledgbal and pur a pint to the tippy top with no head.
Selection is top notch with 100 taps and 100's of bottles.

Prices for beer are generally good. regular sports bar food on the menu looked reasonble as well

Agree with most Taco Mac reviews that they are a cookie-cutter sports bar but their huge selection of beer does overcome that. This was my first trip to this location and they had a great selection of beer 90 on draught and over 150 in bottles. However many were out of season or currently unavailable. The food is one notch above the standard bar fare (good but not great). The waitress was very attentive and friendly. She was not very knowledgeable about the beer but I didn't expect that here. The high backed booths allowed me to basically block out the TVs and other patrons and allowed for good conversation among my party. The beer selection makes this chain a solid fall-back for me.
