A - Poured out a clear, orange color with golden highlights. It left thin rings of lace on the glass.
S - It smelled of pine, citrus and burnt toast. Nice nose.
T - It tasted of sweet caramel, pine and citrus. It had a nice burnt toast maltiness.
M - It was crisp, sharp and smooth. A medium bodied ale with a dry, clean finish.
O - This Is a nice IPA.

Small light tan head just sits at about a quarter inch above a very cloudy browns copper colored beer filled with suspended particles.
Light pine, cut grasses and even lighter caramel apple pie make up a interesting aroma to say the least.
Light almost bittering taste comprised of light caramel malts and light cut hay or hay grass mixture.
A dryish puckering aftertaste with a bit of very light hops trying to affect the taste of this medium bodied drink.
Interesting aroma, it sort of reminded me of those European monk make beers but the taste wasn't even in the ballpark of the ones I have drank. If the taste of this would have held up to it's aroma, that would have been nice.
