Pours a finger of furiously fizzy head with a very pale straw color. Almost diluted lemonaide like. Nose is off. Some lactic acidity and tart lemons with a super funky and ripe brett. Makes ne think of vitamins and dog food. Tastes better than the nose, lots of tart lemons and lactic acid with that odd funk in the background. Prickly carbonation with a little bit of lip smacking. Easy drinking aside from that odd funk. Overall it's a decent take on the style, not sure what's up with that nasty funk.

Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance – The beer is served a super hazy lemon juice lemon color with a tiny fizzy white head that fades almost instantly.
Smell – The aroma of the beer huge of a sour lemon smell mixed with a very funky and grassy aroma. Along with these smells are some more wheat and grain like smell.
Taste – The taste begins super sour right up front with it remaining so throughout the taste and possibly actually getting stronger as the taste moves on to the end. The sour flavors are mostly of a lemon flavor with other flavors of some tart lime as well. The lemon (and lighter lime) sour are joined by just a few hints of a wheaty and some grass as the taste moves onto the end. In the end a rather super sour lemon citrus flavor is left to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the beer is very thin with a carbonation level that is on the average to slightly higher side. For the super sour and lower abv. of the brew this combination of body and carbonation is perfect, making for a more refreshing style even in light of its huge tart and sour nature.
Overall – Big and lemony, tart, and sour. A very interesting brew which even while puckering is still somewhat refreshing. A very interesting try.

12 oz bottle poured into a shaker pint.
Pale straw with a crackling head that dissipates immediately. Light carbonation.
Lemon juice and lactic acid.
Lemon juice, mineral water, and lactic sourness.
Medium-light bodied, crisp, clean, and moderately sour.
Simple. Sour. Solid.
*With Raspberry Syrup
On-tap into a shaker pint.
Pale pink with very little head. Extremely cloudy with moderate-heavy carbonation.
Lactic sourness, lemon and raspberry.
Nice lactic sourness, tangy wheat and lemon juice. Raspberry with hints of strawberry and perhaps some artificial sweetener. Some caramel drizzled bread.
Light bodied, tart, crisp and clean. Really cleanses the palate.
I didn't order it with raspberry syrup but got it anyway. Nice sour character and substantial flavor for such a low abv.
Will review again when I have the beer on it's own.
