Thanks to the legendary woodychandler for this beer. Poured from a 12 oz. can. Came gushing out of the can with a dark golden color and 1.5 inches of head. Smell is of citrus hops. Taste is well balanced. Bitter and hoppy up front, some citrus, malts kicking in at the finish. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a quality and enjoyable beer.

12 oz can pours a lightly hazed gold color with a large cap of off-white head. Good retention and average lace.

Nose is very grapefruit with a biscuit/grain malt aroma. Smells good.

Taste is a nice balance of citrus rinds and toasted bread maltiness. Flows from flavoring to bittering hops well and leaves a long bitter finish. Mouthfeel is pretty good, effervescent for sure and full enough without being sweet. This is a good beer, I am shocked at the low ratings. Id drink it again and might even find its way into the rotation if I had it available locally.

I had this on tap at Al's of Hampden. It's got a golden color with a decent head. Not too strong off a hoppy presence in smell or taste. Mouthfeel isn't too bad, but I think it falls just a bit short. Certainly sessionable and drinkable, but if you're a big hophead, it's probably not for you.

Overall, I call it drinkable. If I got it again, I'd be willing to if I were at the brewery in Lansdale.

A- Slightly cloudy golden-apricot body poured from the can to a tulip. A white crown forms atop the brew to just over one finger with a frothy, foamy texture. Fairly good retention leads to a medium thick foamy ring. Lacing starts with a ring bending around the glass followed by spots and drizzle.

S- Mostly hops with citrus obviously being the emphasis. Oranges, clementine and lemon zest comes to mind with pine, floral and slight stone fruits like tangerine as well. Not malty but a hint of cracked pale grains comes through in the end.

T- Seems to lose just a bit of the fruity citrus feeling as floral, herbal and spicy hop tones adjust to feel stronger. Orange zest, grass, cracked cereal grains, yeast bread, slight apple esters and something slightly tart in the end.

MF- Light overall body with a crisp, foamy and just a bit creamy consistency. Carbonation is at a fairly high level and it all finishes moderately bitter.

Hmm, I kind of like the aroma just a bit more than the flavor but I think overall it is a solid IPA. There is something slightly funky and tart about it but I don't personally think it ruins or takes much away from the beer. Perhaps some Brett (spicy, fruity flavors remind me of that) found its way in here, doesn't bother me at all.

Once again, The Friendly Greek has proven to be an invaluable source for The CANQuest (TM)! I CAN only hope that Round Guys BC will CANtinue to release their beers in a CANned format.

From the CAN: "Simple guitar smacking goodness [CAN]ned up with feisty flares of citrus and bellowing earthy aromas racing atop a faint concert haze. Golden and sweet. Mildly bitter and clean textured. The Round Guys Kiss Off India Pale Ale fits your permanent record year round favorite, suitably designed for big and small hands alike. Be generous, but be warned - you might find yourself doing it all the time. Quite Literally." Huh?!? Man, that was like a jumble of random words.

The Crack! was nice and loud and in my exuberance, I forgot that their CANned offerings tend to be highly carbonated. My inverted Glug caused a slight overflow until I backed off and allowed things to settle. I still wound up with a huge cap of French Vanilla-colored head that resembled the top of an ice cream cone until it began to slowly dissipate. Color was a cloudy orangish-yellow (SRM = > 7, < 9), but I would call it more honey-colored than golden. Nose was grassy and earthy, very much an EIPA. Mouthfeel was medium and the bitterness of the hops was enhanced by a slight tartness, possibly from the malt. It seemed a bit unbalanced in total, however, and could benefit from tweaking the recipe. Finish was unabatingly bitter and need something to offset it. Fortunately, I always keep a bag of pretzels on hand for just such a situation.

The name suggests that of a cheeky British phrase.
Has an amber color with a desent say 1 finger head. Leaves lacing as it fades.
The aroma is quite hoppy with a sutle floral bouquet.
The taste is smooth and well rounded. It's hoppy but not assertively so. I can taste some mild malts. Some fruity ester maybe giving alittle more depth.
I usually found Round Guys beer to be just a bit better then average. Kiss off is very good and worthy of another trip.

Lightly weathered copper orange with heavy haze. Poured with a huge, fizzy, bright white foam that reduced to thick, rocky, dense, foamy cap. Minty herbal aroma up front, light floral and fresh orange citrus in tow, with spicy notes and a touch of bready malt at the back end. Medium bodied with even, assertive, but soft carbonation. Minty hop flavors up front that quickly transition to herbal and floral flavor through the middle. Herbal flavors slowly turn spicy as this comes to a very dry finish. Light, bready malt backbone throughout. Herbal and spicy hop flavors linger at the finish along with bready hop notes. Certainly not one of the typical citrus, grapefruitty, piney, IPAs that are so commonly brewed. Very unique, nice flavor complexity, and super dry english IPA finish.

A pretty decent ipa. Has some pine and citrus edges to it that seem to rest on a leafy and almost twig kind of character. Pretty easy to drink. Not bad.

the very definition of "okay".

it was inoffensive i can say that about it.

i rated against a number of other sessionable IPAs and this one came in right towards the bottom for me. only lowercase IPA fared worse.

better than some macro light crap, but that's not really an endorsement.

I thought this IPA was great on tap - a nice golden color and a balanced citrus quality.
