This lowly bittered, golden pale ale imparts a smooth malt character offset by a brilliantly resiny hop floralness.

16 oz can bosspoured into a tulip glass. My good friend Chris who works at Round Guys gave this to me while stopping by my store. I would say this is their flagship beer that is always in production in the local Philly area. Round Guys is a brewery located in Lansdale, PA that originally was and still is a brewpub but now makes production beer for the masses of the Philly area. I visited there a few weeks ago and they have an enormous tap selection (15 in total) as well as good food. The people there are great and a very special thanks to Chris for stopping by and giving me "samples."
If I have not specified in earlier posts, a "bosspour" is pouring a beer that is filled literally to the brim of the glass with no foam or head. Most beer glasses are 16 oz but 4 of those ounces are meant for a foam head, so really they are meant for 12 oz beer bottles or cans. The beer literally fills the glass entirely, providing a nice photo for your Instagram for what have you.....
Hope that isn't confusing......here's the beer review:
L - light amber in color, hazy/foggy hue (not cloudy, sure to specify), light lacing on the glass with a very thin ring around the beer
S - Very English IPA like. Noble hops, ESB malt, English yeast. Very East Coast style
T - a hopped up ESB. Noble English hops, ESB malt feel, pine bitterness. American hops were definitely used because grapefruit is a factor. Mostly an India ESB. Dried tropical fruit and ESB malt.
F - Drinkable.....I hate this category
O - Great local offering by Round Guys! English style all the way with an American IPA twist. Philly has some great local IPAs which spoils me to death. Cheers Chris!!!

The over carbonation ruins it for me. Aroma is nice (others have described in detail so I won't bother). Taste might be nice but the horrible mouthfeel makes it impossible to know. I won't buy this again.
