Pours a dark orange-amber with moderate haze and a dense cream colored head. This is 18 months old so coffee is completely gone. Still rich aroma of bourbon, oak, and vanilla. More of same on the taste plus Belgian yeast, a bit of booze and something earthy. Medium body with good sweetness from the bourbon. Would have liked to have this fresh to get the coffee but as it is, still really good.

Hazy, light amber hued with just a wisp of thin white head partially covering the top of the beer. Brussels lacing. Aroma of coffee and bourbon blend well together. The bourbon dominates the flavor with the coffee almost coming off as a chocolate like note. The sweetness of candy sugar and Belgian yeast play a background note. The mouth is sticky and moderately carbonated.
