Just a trace of white head is present around the edge of the glass. Nice golden color with brilliant clarity. Light Brussels lacing. Aroma of floral hops and light malt. The flavor all is floral hop forward with light malt with a gentle spiciness. The mouth is smooth and light.

1pt6oz bottle poured into a oversize wine glass (it's all I had). Fluffy, tight head that dissipated quickly. Striking golden color, with a lively effervescence to the last.
At first sip, I wrinkled my nose and considered a drain pour. But I decided to give this one a chance. I'm glad I did. There's a lot going on in the aroma and flavor: various citrus notes (including, but not limited to, orange and grapefruit). As it warmed and developed, it just kept getting better. I found it light and refreshing, which belied its +8% ABV. The Pacific Northwest hops come through just enough to balance it out. Overall, an excellent Saison. Another win for 4 Hands.
