My good friend and old neighbor from Oswego gave me a can of this beer. It poured a hazy orangish with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had tangerine appeal. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with tropical fruit notes. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a solid beer.

Received in a trade from Harrison8. A huge thanks goes out to him.
16oz can poured into a spiegelau IPA glass. Superflare pours hazy orange in color, thick with sediment to there point where it is completely turbid. Fluffy white head settles into a modest lacing. Great looking beer.
Tons of citrus in the nose. Tangerine zest first with a bit of mango. Hops and malt are there. Not picking up any brett funk/horseblanket nor is there any sign of the guava but that's okay. Solid aroma.
Flavor is citrus-forward as expected. There is also a tiny bit of mango and the guava is subtle but it is there near the end. Galaxy hops tie the fruits together nicely and the bready malt backbone is soft and sweet. There is also a strange peppery yeast character. I'm not getting any brett notes from it, it's almost like a saison yeast or Belgian pale yeast. It isn't bad per se but it doesn't exactly jive with the flavors at hand in my opinion. Good flavor but slightly ruined by the choice of yeast.
Full mouthfeel, slightly peppery/carbonated with a dry finish,
Overall, this is a nice IPA. It's pretty unique, almost like one of those Belgian IPAs that were all the rage a few years back. I think it could've been a lot better with a different yeast but that's just my preference and I can understand why this beer has gotten stellar reviews thus far. Recommended to those who are looking for a different, unique IPA with citrus fruit added.

Very fruity but still possesses that IPA taste. Very smooth and good blend
Love mango as an ingredient.

just popped up on the shelves a day or two ago. dumped out a very hazy light orange, super bright and a nice fluffy head. white foam cap stuck around forever. taking a whiff of this was quite impressive, just straight citrus. somewhere between mango and pineapple with hints of orange. the taste hides a good bit of that citrus and introduces hoppy earthiness and a lasting bitterness thats always just sitting in the back. drinks super smooth, lighter bodied and just overall solid.

Appearance: Pours hazy and honey colored with a thick, rocky head; shards of lacing hang around
Smell: The Brett is dominant, with chalky tones overwhelming the tropical tones of mango and guava; almost vinous
Taste: Chalk forward with a leathery tone; through the middle, the mango and guava tones emerge; seriously bitter, through the middle, with subtle hints of the fruit re-emerging in the otherwise dry finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Not sure how old this is but I suspect it is between three and six months old based on the 4 Hands website; at this point the Brett has flourished a bit more than is ideal and now overwhelms the fruit

Bright citrus and tropical fruit aroma, pours an opaque orange with a thin white head. Tropical fruit notes and citrus pith are the predominant flavors, with a mild bitter finish. Full bodied, with mild carbonation. A solid fruited IPA.
