Served this Red Ale on tap at the brewery in a pint glass. This ale poured a amber/orange color, produced a thick white head, excellent retention and it left an ample amount of lacing on the glass. The aroma of this ale consisted of malted grain, apple/pear melody and a nice dose of piney hops! Marvelous! Medium in body, this ale featured a base of malted grain, caramel, pepper, and a fruity melody of apple and pear. The foundation of this beer was supported by a piney hop finish that leaves your mouth dry wanting to take another swig. I nice take on this style that is a bit out of the box. Excellent session beer- Prost!
