Served on tap at the Royale
A - pours a reddish orange color with a nice head, akin to a puffy cloud with holes in it
S - nose is juicy grapefruit hops with grainy malts
T - taste opens up with citrus flavors upfront. These move on to a cereal and grain malt base but are overtaken by bitter grapefruit hops. The hops finish off this beer and leave a grapefruit rind bitterness on the tongue.
M - full and well carbonated
D - overall, this is a good, hoppy red ale. The flavors were very fresh and bright - solid effort put forth by 4 Hands with this one.
Serving type: on-tap
