This beer brings together tow of our favorite ingredients; hops and rye - serious hops up front provide a pungent, floral, and citrus character. We use centennial, Columbus, and Cascades in this hop lovers dream. The rye provides a slightly spicy flavor and a full mouth-feel. Divided Sky pours straw in color with notes of tangerine, grapefruit, and pine. Drink fresh!

Bright clear yellow color with a substantial foamy white head and some decent lacing.
The aroma is citrus and pineapple with some floral and herbal notes.
The taste is grapefruit, tangerine and pineapple with plenty of rye spiciness. The spice continues in the dry finish with some grapefruit zest and floral notes giving a bit of odd aftertaste.
The body is medium full, plenty of carbonation, smooth and very drinkable.
Altogether, this is a tasty brew with plenty of rye spice, very nice.

a wonderful golden yellow with an impressive tower of stiff white foam. Picture perfect beer I'd say
smell is a little off putting, like a bit of overripe fruit or a juice that is starting to turn a bit. behind that initial impression I'm getting some pineapple and a bit of kiwi(?) and some light honey
Taste has moments of greatness where the 'spiciness' that rye can offer shines through but those alternate with moments where it clashes with the fruit flavors from the hops and the source of that slightly overripe fruit note comes into stark relief. It's not terrible, but I wouldn't seek it out again, and I'm a big fan of rye in hoppy beers generally
Nice and crisp drinker though.
Had worse, had better, this doesn't do justice to the 'rye ipa' concept. More like an average local ipa.
