Black, opaque with a nice head/lace.
Smells like loads of chocolate.
Tastes like bittersweet chocolate milk.
Smooth mouthfeel. Little bitterness on the back to balance out the chocolate.
Overall, this is a solid sweet stout, and one of my favorites for the style. Can't wait to try it at the brewery next week.

bomber sealed with pressure cap.
split 2 ways and poured into a pair of wine stems.
Appearance: black body with a red hue when held up to light. 2 fingers of white/creme colored head that drops down to very thin cap.
Smell: gourmet milk chocolates with a hint of cocoa and lactose/milk sugars. Hint of roasty malt. This beer really has a fantastic nose.
Taste: Mild bitter cocoa seems to dominate this beers flavor profile. Slightly chocolatey and slightly roasty.
Mouthfeel: medium bodied beer with moderate carbonation. The beer feels a little thin, but the beer is very drinkable.
Overall: Wish that this beer tasted like it smells. Its a good milk stout, but a better flavor profile and a thicker mouthfeel will make this beer very desirable and make it a beer at the top of its style.
