Tap at Birdsong

Pours a hazy amber brown with an off-white lacing for a head.

Smells of caramel, apples, and a bit of vanilla.

Flavor is of caramel malts, some oak, a hint of whiskey, cherries, a bit of vanilla, and a touch of cinnamon.

Full body with a light stinging carbonation on the tongue.

A really good strong ale, very enjoyable with a nice range of flavor. Definitely worth trying. (395 characters)
