A: Peach colour, an orange with a pink tinge, slightly cloudy, medium low carbonation slight pinkish white head fades fast.
S: Strawberries and strawberry jam, reminds me of a strawberry filled donut as the scent is quite sweet. A deeper sniff reveals the sour lambic quality. Sour, slight balsamic vinegar.
T: Lovely sour lambic quality much more present in the taste. Sweet strawberry jam, sour slight vinegar, slight wine, then the unmistakable soured fruit quality. Complex musty barrel quality as well.
A resemblance to strawberry yogurt.
M: Medium acidic body, lots of soda like carbonation.
O: Really like this, my first strawberry lambic. Would go well with fruity desserts and creamy cheese. Complex and interesting.

Pours a hazy pale orange/pink. Poured extremely hard and produced a 3 finger head.
Smell is tart and salty strawberries. More fruit in the nose than their other sours.
Taste is mostly sour and funk with some candied strawberry coming in hard in the end. Refreshing as are all the others.
Mouthfeel is just as their other beers. Good carbonation. Light but not watery.
One of their better sours. More fruit presence here.

On tap at Newhall Refinery in Newhall, CA.
Pours a hazy light reddish-orange with a foamy beige head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Foamy rings of lace line the glass on the drink down. Smell is of those cheap strawberry candies, strawberry syrup, and a slight aroma of the strawberry flavored medicine made for children. Taste is much the same with slightly sour strawberry candy flavors on the finish. There is a very mild amount of acidity on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is an average beer that is drinkable but slightly artificial with the strawberry presence and quite sugary.
