Pours a very deep ruby color. No head. Lots of carbonation bubbles rising.
Nose is a bit salty. Barnyard funk. Sweat. Maybe a hint of fruit but not much.
Taste is tart and funky. Light cherry taste towards the middle and end. Super refreshing.
High carbonation. Thin but not watery.
Would drink again but nothing to seek out. Was hoping for a bigger cherry flavor here.

a: hazy read/purple. 3 finger light pinkish/red head that disappears quickly
s: cherries, slight vinegar, candy sugar - smells very sweet
t: sweet. so sweet, like candy. its all cherries up front, with just the faintest hint of vinegar tartness. hint of sweet malt as well
m: light, and pretty carbonated
o: wow this is sweet - not in a bad way. its just a little too one-dimensional for me. all cherries, would have like a little more tartness, maybe some oak would be nice too.

Excellent head that sticks around. Some spots for lace. Cloudy plum-red color.
Mild aroma, especially given the taste.
Extremely tart. The bottle says the brew is 40% cherries. Based on the taste, I'd say they're baking cherries. There is no sweetness to this brew. My host felt the beer was "green".
