Fresh fill from Rachel on 4/12/14 and enjoyed same day.
Pours a nice light honey straw color with minimal head.
Smells nice and hoppy, a touch floral, some very light bready notes in back.
Taste is a very clean and light APA. Some stronger malt profile than I was expecting, with decent hop bitterness. Very light, quenching.
Mouthfeel was a touch thin.
Overall, I found it to be a nice collaborative effort between Rachel and Matty-O. It was quiet sessionable, good flavor and quenching.
