Fiddlehead Brewing Company - Circle 3, poured into a Fiddlehead snifter.

Look - Pours a hazy unfiltered orange tinted amber/malt color with a good sized bubbly head that dissipates quickly. Decent lacing.

Smell - Aroma is bananas, pears, apples, white grapes, candy sugar, and spice. Dash of alcohol.

Taste - Taste is spice with fruits on top. Finished a warm alcohol but admittedly quite smooth for the ABV.

Mouthfeel -Medium-bodied with low carbonation. Warm and boozy. Rests fruity and spice. Good drinkability.

Overall - Great job on their first tripel, I thought it was a stellar effort. Some aspects could be fine-tuned like perhaps making it come out more golden like a tripel is traditionally or perhaps playing around with a small amount of brett to enhance the flavor profile, but nonetheless a fine tripel. (823 characters)
