Sampled at Vermont Brewfest.
A-Pours a cloudy orange color. Sample too smalle to really comment on the head or lacing.
S-Big, verbose hoppy aroma. Fits right in line with all the other exceptional Vermont born hoppy beers. Juicy tropical fruit with an empaphasis on citrus. Specifically noticed mango and melon.
T-Holds par with the nose. A big bite into a ripe mango slice. Fresh cut grass and oranges. Other intense tropical fruit flavors. Finishes with a sweet, candied citrus flavor.
M-Resiny. Has some nice body to it. Well carbonated. Bitterness lingers.
O-Yeah, Fiddlehead just jumped into the ring at the battle royale of VT hop bombs. Wish I could have gotten my hands on some cans!

Poured into a 13 oz tulip, canned on 7/10/14. Pours a murky orange with a two inch white head that leaves behind amazing lace.
Smell is very tropical mango, tangerine, pine, and grapefruit.
Taste follows the nose perfectly, loads citrus up front, with piney grapefruit finish.
Body is on the large side, perfect amount of carbonation, not really dry, and way to easy drinking.
Overall perfect! This is a treat. I need to thank Steve for giving me one of these today. When I woke up this morning I didn't even know this perfect 5 existed.

Had this in Burlington, VT. Went looking for cans of Heady Topper (a fool's errand) and ended up with two four-packs of this bad boy. Not a bad consolation prize!
Golden-amber in appearance. Smells like a hop avalanche is about to smash into my mouth. And it does. Quite bitter, very warm, tasty, and sweet in all the right spots. Smooth despite the hops and alcohol level.
