Dark golden with just a thin layer of lacing on the top of the beer, much lighter than I was expecting.
The smell is very nice lots off sweet aromas like warm honey on fresh baked bread.
Taste is like the smell, very honeyed, with a slight sweetness, very unique smell and taste. Well balanced (not cloyingly sweet).
Mouthfeel was a touch thin, especially for the sweetness and the abv, I think a fuller body could have better supported the aroma and flavor.
Overall, really unique beer, I like what phantom canyon is doing here, worth checking out if you like the smell/flavor of honey.

A- Slightly cloudy golden with very little head, served in a small wine glass
S- Strong, sweet bread and honey aromas
T- Apple skin, pear and honey sweetness to start, alcohol warmth, becomes bready then like a buttered biscuit, aftertaste of warmth and honey
M- Moderately carbonated, smooth, crisp, light in body
O- Very unique and delicious with a well balanced play between the fruit, honey and malt flavors. The complexity holds your interest throughout and I'll definitely be seeking this one out again.
