A big warehouse meets old west saloon, downstairs is a gorgeous, large wooden bar back with stain glass and burled wood, very nice antique look. Paneled ceiling and other appointments, lots of open seating in one room, bar was pretty full. Upstairs is pool tables and other games, and some good looking graffiti inspired artwork.

Quality of the beers I guess was average. I had two, the dunklewiezen was weak, the cask IPA was pretty good.

Service was pretty good at the bar, staff was attentive and friendly, even got some local ski info from them.

Selection was fine, all the standard English brewpub beers, a few seasonals. Looks like they had a pretty extensive bar, lots of top-shelf booze. I noticed plenty of folks in the bar area not drinking beer in fact, do to the downtown location, I'm sure this is a popular hangout.

Food was good, except that the menu is on the smaller side and is not typical pub fare. They had some standards, but no burger! I got the house special mnt. trout ($14), very nice, but not what I was initially in the mood for.

Place was packed... I think an event was going on later nearby... anyway did a flight and really liked their barrel aged barleywine but unfortunately they were out of bottles. Service was good and the place had character... a presence I greatly enjoy in my brewpub experiences. Did not try any food. This is one of my favorite places in Springs I have visited and will probably be back someday...

in the heart of downtown Colorado Springs this place is more of a restaurant with an amazing beer selection than brewery. Great opportunities for flights with a large beer selection. Food was pretty spectacular (i would suggest the spicy chicken and waffles) and service was normal for restaurant
