Nice porter of a deep black color and a big, creamy and lasting foam
Aroma is nice too, basically nutty and hoppy.
But I guess nuts and hops don't match well in the taste, actually the taste is quite strange... it also reminds me of coffe with hazelnut extract. The aftertaste is lasting.
Mouthfeel is creamy, with a medium body

I have to admit, I thought the world avelã was Portuguese for oatmeal. I just found out that it means hazelnut, but at the time of consumption, I didn't think so. 310 ml bottle consumed at Templo da Cerveja, on to the beer:

A melange of creamy and rocky textures in the head form on top this dark brown beer, The beer smells very nutty, a little creaminess which I thought were oats, and a note of roasted malt and cocoa. Its flavor screams hazelnut, and not far behind is the cocoa. Put in a medium body with low carbonation, this is soft, soothing porter.

Black color with lots of thick head with good retention.
Grainy malt aroma and definitely nutty.
Very nutty flavor as well, bold roasted malts and hoppy. A bit acid citric sensation with notes of dark chocolate.
Dry and bitter aftertaste with the residual nutty flavor.
Full body with low carbonation.
It is the nuttiest flavored beer that I remember, and although it says “Hazelnut Porter”, it is not part of its ingredients. Though one can swear it has it. Very good beer, well-crafted with its own character.
