Serving glass: Poured from bottle into Tulip.
Appearance: Cloudy orange with stark white head and some decent lacing.
Smell: Belgian yeast, mostly of the fruity and spicy variety. Some biscuit. Not much hops in the nose.
Taste: Biscuit and toast backbone with definite yeast characteristics - pretty spicy and fruity. Hops are light on the finish, mostly floral with a touch of citrus. Slightly tart.
Feel: Moderate carbonation with a medium body. Very dry.
Overall: Nice Belgian Pale Ale. Probably not worth the money, but enjoyable
