An exceptional Pale Ale.
This Pale from Bo's pours out to an amber color in the glass with a decent head. The aroma is that of grapefruit and citrus. The taste is excellent, with a wonderful juicy hop presence, smoothed out by the malt on the swallow. This beer is nearly in IPA-territory. 6% ABV. Paired up well with a Terriaki Chicken sandwich, but was so good, it would've stood on its own like a champ.
