Consumed November 23rd, 2013 at the brewery.
Golden orange with a fine white foam head.
Vague Cascade hops aroma - pine and grapefruit. Mild.
Thin caramel malt flavor. Some pine and grapefruit on the finish. Significant bitterness but not out of control.
Medium-bodied and well-carbonated.
As measured against an industry standard like SNPA, this is a little lacking.

On tap at Kinetic Brewing Company in Lancaster, CA.
Pours a clear orange with a foamy khaki head that settles to a film on top of the beer. A foamy latticework of lace coats the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, citrus fruit, and citrus zest. Taste is much the same with a mild hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer that is drinkable but fairly basic.

On tap @ the source
Look: Deep orange color with a 1/4 inch tan head and ok retention with great circular lacing
Smell: Pale malt upfront with a bit of citrus and piney hops
Taste: More malt than hops on the flavor profile. Traces of caramel and citrus hops can be found throughout the beer
Mouthfeel: Thin body and mild carbonation
Overall: I personally prefer hoppy pale ales and this one is more malty than hoppy. The beer itself is solid with great drinkability
