This really reminds me of the Bridgeport IPA. Not that impressed. It's a different kind of taste which to me takes some getting use to.
The Appearance is kind of a yellow-orange with a two finger head which dissipated to a ring with some decent lacing.
The smell has this interesting smell which I found with the Bridgeport. Can't place it.
The taste follows the nose with some hops in the mix.
The mouthfeel is medium which is what I like most about this brew.
Overall not a go to but in an interesting way because of the low ABV I can find myself having it again if it's available and nothing else to sip especially if I've had a few and want something not too heavy on the ABV. Reluctantly I'll have to say would have it again just not one to search for.

Great tour at Anchor Brewing Co. and this was one of my favorite tastings, I have to say hoppy type of beer very very smooth to savor. I was also spoiled enough to have a freshly made pour, so that is definitely how all beer should be consumed in beer heaven. It was almost fruity tasting. I need some of this on tap or draft so please advice when I can get it aside from the Headquarters. fyi, from a bottle it's alright but definitely reminiscent of the goodness.

Pours a dark golden, slightly orangey color, and a small white head which quickly disappears.
The aroma is my favourite, although slightly weaker than I'm used to - citrusy hops dominate the smell.
The taste starts neutral with a slight bitterness, slightly fruity, and finishes with a strong spicy taste, which also stays in the aftertaste.
Very nice ale, although I have a feeling, nothing really extra rememberful.
