A: Clear golden-copper colour with a two-finger marshmallow-like bubbly foam head.
S: Bread-like malts, tropical hints (pineapple & banana), butterscotch, and spice (nutmeg).
T: Baked bread-like malts, mineral barley quality, tropical elements, pronounced bitter floral notes, and spice. Very well balanced and generally quite smooth.
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Adequate oily texture with a pleasing lingering bitterness.
D: Nicely balanced and smooth ale. Glad I tried this, and I would recommend this for malt/barley-forward ale fans.
