Poured from a bottle into a pint glass.
Look - clear, golden color with about 2 fingers of off-white colored foam that dissipates slowly. Good carbonation.
Smell - rich bouquet indeed consisting of hop and barley, mostly smelling hops though, perhaps Cascade or other American hops?
Taste and Mouthfeel - also a rich taste, but with a reverse, leaving the barley a little stronger than the hops. Not much in the beginning, the middle fills out the palate with the barley taste, and the finish is quite hoppy, but without too much bitterness. Texture is very well balanced between watery and creamy.
Drinkability - interesting and fairly complex tastes. Overall a very tasty and interesting brew!
