Appearance: Orange-amber hue, slight cloudiness half inch off-white head that lingers.
Aroma: Grassy, hay characteristic, some citrus hop overtones with bready malt notes as well.
Taste: Slight earthy, grassy hop flavor followed with honey-like malt characteristics. Very slight citrus comes through towards the end, but seems that hopping may have been balanced towards british styles.
Mouthfeel: Very good malt/hop (sweet/bitter) balance. Smooth bitterness and appropriately carbonated.
Drinkability: Solid beer, probably wouldn't keep going with this all night though.
Serving type: bottle
