O = I like this ale, and although it's not as malty as I like my ales, it's got a tolerable level of hops that makes it very drinkable and delicious. I would pair this with a variety of hearty meals, and definitely would drink again.
A = a lovely burnt amber, not cloudy, with a nice amount of lacing left after the short-lived head dissipates.
S = slightly hoppy, fresh, with a tinge of grapefruit.
T = some malt, but my palate finished with an almost smokey hop quality.
M = Medium bodied and refreshing. Would not say silky, though. The alcohol level is quite balanced.
