Hazy orange colored brew with huge, frothy white head. The froth seems to stick around forever and leaves mountains of creamy lacing behind.
Clean smell overall of bready malt and slightly bitter citric hop.
Nice lemon rind hop flavor comes through in a bitter and sour fashion. Smooth biscuity malt to balance, a little weak in the malt department. Just a touch of yeast character also. Balance leans slightly towards to hop side.
Light to medium bodied, a bit lighter than expected for the style. Carbonation is slightly low. Basically a watery feel throughout with a dry finish.
Overall, a solid APA. Crisp, refreshing and tasty!
