Reviewed from notes. Had on-tap at Rapp Brewing Company tasting room. Served in a large goblet.

A: Hazy golden straw in color, with a half-finger's worth of white foam and relatively low visible carbonation.

S: Lactic tartness, light lemon citrus, wheat grainy - pretty standard berliner aroma.

T: Wheat and pilsner malts, light lactic and some lemon tartness. The tart dryness lasts into the hang.

M: Light body, no alcohol to speak of. It isn't quite as bubbly a mouthfeel as it should be.

O: This was a good base berliner. The mouthfeel missed the mark a little bit, and I think it could have had a little more tartness. But very good. Recommended.

NYE growler share courtesy of stevencon. Pours a slightly hazy lemonade color. Decent thin white head with almost zero collar. Aroma is grassy, some light funk, a light bit of sweet malt. Great light body with appropriately medium carbonation. Taste is dry tartness, some citrusy fruit. Nothing special, but definitely good for the style.

I had this on-tap at Cajun Cafe on the Bayou. Served in a snifter.

The beer pours a cloudy golden color with a nice layer of white head that sticks around well. The smell is rather mild, but it has a pleasant yeasty tartness to it. The taste is also light, but that's to be expected given the low abv. I'm getting a light lemon sourness with a note that reminds me of apple juice. This beer is crisp but not overly tart.

Growler pour at mrbubbler's tasting.

Pours a hazy super light yellow with a foamy white head that fades to nothing. No lacing on the drink down. Smell is of malt, wheat, and slight sour and funk aromas. Taste is much the same with slightly sour grain flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of acidity on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer that is super light but refreshing.
