750ml bottle, snifter glass. Cloudy unfiltered golden yellow body, one finger white head, good retention, not a ton of lacing. Smell is light strawberry and lemon; the strawberry is a slight jammy sweetness with a clean lemon citrus bite, mild funk, mild lactic acidity, but the strawberry is never quite dominating nor is it diminutive here. It's tasty, clean with a nice mild funk to it. Easy to drink, medium in body, good carbonation, a bit of strawberry yogurt with lemonade on the finish. Solid fruit saison, though the fruit is relatively subtle. It could use a fair bit more strawberry, I think.

Wow. My palate has evolved to be less of a fan of fruited sours and lambics than it used to be, and I was doubtful about whether I could deal with a strawberry brew. But here you go. Nose is full of strawberry and SARA bugs. Palate is the same -- lots of complexity with strawberry all over. They work together well. Not overly acetic -- just a little bit; perfect balance. I would definitely recommend it.

On tap at CBC 2016 - day 2. Delicious beer, notes of strawberries up front, followed by some macerated red berries. A solid amount of sourness, with a dry finish.
