A-Cloudy yellow orange, one finger head with some lacing.

S-Lots of funk, almost like grape must, and then lots of apricots.

T-Very funky, oak, grass, apricots, lemons all with great balance.

M-Medium bodied, well carbonated with a crisp finish.

O-Ohhh the funk. A very tasty beer.

750 mL bottle poured into a snifter.

Appearance - Very hazy orange. Small white head. Wisps and some lacing. Thin collar.

Smell - Grainy with lots of citrus. Stone fruits. A little bit musty. Nice aroma.

Taste - Tart and grainy. Lots of citrus and peach or stone fruit or something. Dry pucker to it. Wheat and hay. Nice.

Mouthfeel - Medium carbonation. Medium light body.

Overall - Really nice. Not earth-shattering, but greater than the sum of its parts.

A - Pours a hazy, but bright medium orange with a few large tan bubbles that fade quickly.

S - Lots of apricots, some tartness and woody-acidic tones.

T - Soft apricots, them some tartness hits. Light and nice.

D - Good carbonation with a very light body.

O - Light saison with a nice apricot and a nice hit of tartness. A true gem here.

Imbibed at OG on 7/20/13 for their one year anniversary.

Pours a murky sunshine/ golden barley color with absolutely no head to speak of. Tannins, feet, and allspice/Belgian yeast characteristics come together to give me a confused appearance. Very unique for sure, not sure what to make of it. Apple and yeast presence is big too. Those aromas transfer to the flavor. White grape and vinegar are prevalent with a vinous slight bitterness. Reminds me more of wine than beer, which isn't a bad thing. Feel is watery with a balanced finish.

Good, but not sure if I'd get it again.

Batch 1: On tap at the brewery. Pours a nice pumpkin color with a wispy white head. Lactic lemon and peach aroma, lightly vinous. Flavor is tart apricots, nice and fresh, lemon pith, subtle brett, biiig oaky finish with heaps of grapes, rustic woodiness, buttery oaky wine, dry finish.

Batch 3: From bottle at Jupiter Sour Sunday. The aroma has taken a leap forward, just tons of dried apricots. Clearly more fruit in this batch, in a good way. Flavor is tart and tannic, apricot skin galore.

Bottle poured into a tulip glass, 2013 release. Beer pours a hazy golden color with a finger of loose white foam that quickly dissipates.

Nose is very funky, good amount of barn yard and wet animal hair, with some earthier notes as well. Sweet apricot and peach fruit along with some mild citrusy sourness, fruity esters, white pepper, coriander, sweet biscuit malt. Smells good.

Taking a sip, a bit of fruity sourness, stone fruit skin astringency with a bit of unripe fruit sourness, before the brett funk and saison flavors blend in mid palate. Nice bit of sweet apricot flavor as well. Some lingering fruity flavors and funk on the tongue.

Light body and very refreshing. Very tasty beer for the warmer weather.
