Taste - Pale malt flavor. Lactic acidic flavors. Stone fruits and a little bit of citrus. Little bit of white wine.
Mouthfeel - Light body. Medium carbonation. Nice acidity.
Overall - Simple but very good.

Muddy, yeasty golden amber with a thin white crust. Oaky, vinous nose with pineapple and citrus. Mildly funky and sulfuric. Palate is really nice - soft doughy malt, lots of zesty citrus, pineapple, white wine, mild oak tannins. Light and refreshing. Another great farmhouse sour from SARA.
