A - Nice golden colour, cloudy, with a nice bubbly head that sticks around for a while, nice lacing.

S - Very nice smell, fruitful with an awesome almost spicy aroma that is apparently chamomile.

T - The taste is good, somewhat let down from the smell, nice citrusy finish.

M - Smooth beer with a fair bit of carbonation.

O - Good beer, will definitely try the others by this brewer.

500 ml bottle to pint glass.

A: pale straw yellow with a two finger frothy white head that broke leaving a small film.

S: Belgian yeast, spices and fruits.

T: bubblegum and Belgian yeast. There is a slight clove tastre in the back as well.

M: medium carbonation with a lighter mouth feel.

O: Charlevoix is consistent with their beers, they are all on the mark, and Dominus Vobiscum Blanche does not break the pattern. This beer is light and refreshing. The Belgian yeast and the spices make for an enjoyable drink.

Big thanks to wordemupg for another Canadian top 50 want!

Appearance. Pours a hazy, bright yellow gold with three lovely fingers of frothy white head with amazing retention ...partly due to the etching in this Duvel tulip I'm sure. Very nice in any case.

Smell. Spicy and fruity Belgian yeast, ginger and clove, banana and light grains.

Taste. Bubblegum and light spicy Belgian yeast, a little ginger and light wheaty malt. Quite delicate flavours which I didn't expect after the fairly strong aromas.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body, medium+ fine carbonation.

Overall. Nice stuff. Would be fantastic on a hot day out on the deck.

First had in Montreal at a store tasting surrounding the farmer's market. This review is from tonight.

A--Light straw-- very pale.

S- A floral component, but not like hops. Almost like dried flowers meets effervescence.

T- Shared a bottle with my neighbor. He thought licorice, I thought hibiscus, and we both agreed on a nutmeg component. Medium finish. This is really nice. Glad I shared it with someone who appreciated it.

M- Nicely carbonated for the style. At 5% its easy, bubbly, but not overcarbonated.

O- I was struck by it in a panel tasting in Montreal and I fell in love again. It may be a hard find in the states, but if you are north of the border, pick one up and expand your horizons. For the style its truly exceptional! A standout!

Grade: A

Pours a very light, very hazy grayish wheat color with an out of control pristine white head that leaves tons of lacing.

Smell is bright citrus zest, yeast, this is almost dank, odd flower notes, pepper.

Taste is sweeter, opens with pear flavor and then some of that funky flowery yeast again, saison like wet straw, very tasty.

Mouthfeel is incredibly smooth and creamy, very soft, very drinkable, less fizzy and more milky than a typical wit.

Excellent witbier if kindof an atypical one, probably close to other Canadian witbiers than to any other examples I've had. Wish this came to the US!

A light lemon amber colour and quite cloudy. One inch of greyish white head made of large bubbles. Well carbonated with some lacing with low retention.

The aroma comes in layers. Lovely smell of Belgian yeast. A sweet citrus aroma. A hint of flour with a lingering smell of cinnamon.

Strong lemon taste laced with coriander. Light hops flavour integrated into the taste.

A refreshing carbonated feel.

A great witbier to be enjoyed on a warm summer day.
