A: Cloudy and slightly orange in color. Lots of foamy soapy head. Lacing and retention are great.
S: Belgian yeast and some hops. Noble in variety. Very strong aroma that manages to prep the nose before the palate.
T: Good saison character. The spicy phenols are there. Nice sweet malt body but not overpowering. It's balanced nicely with the hops which also impart their own flavor. Slightly spicy maybe a bit herbal with some citrus zest. Everything is well tied together making the beer very drinkable and nothing is too overpowering. Maybe a touch tart as well.
M: Crisp and very drinkable. Light bodied but not overly so, just perfect for the style.
O: Pretty good beer. Maybe a touch to expensive for my liking though. I'd gladly drink another but don't know if i'd pay for it.

Clear golden colour with white head and good lacing. Aroma and flavour both complex, yeast, estery fruit, honey, clove tropical fruits. Yum!

Pours a huge head and shows some nice lace.
Spicy aroma and flavour with hints of barnyard straw. A bit more wild than the cleaner DuPont.
Fairly full body is well carbed, with a drying finish.
Thanks again Papat444!

Slightly hazy golden color with fluffy, white head. Aroma has yeast notes, malts, a bit of honey sweetness and a bit of farmhouse character. Taste starts with honey, malt and yeast notes and gets slightly bitter in the finish. Medium body with crisp carbonation. Very well made, rustic and earthy saison.

Nice looking beer, cloudy with lots of carbonation and a 1-inche head. Smells like a traditionnal saison, nothing impressibe there. But tastes really good. I get some smoked malts in the finish that are really interrsting. Good beer but a little overpriced in my opinion.
