Small corner bar, that is pretty easy to get to off of the Blue Line El. The inside has a cool 3D map on the back wall, plus other maps scattered about. Lots of beer signs, and plenty of travel mags to check out if you want to read. The place seemed pretty laid back on a Saturday afternoon. Nice BBQ buffet set up to enjoy, on the house!
Great selection, both bottle and draft. I didn't count, but I wuld guess that the bottle list is about 200 or so, a mix of American, European, including Belgians. There were about 25 beers on tap, some from the U.S., a few from Europe, and several from Belgium. All beers are served in proper glassware, that has been rinsed. Nice.
Our bartenders were friendly. They seemed a bit cold at first, but after chatting a bit, they seemed to be pretty cool. We never had to wait long for a beer.
The prices seemed to be reasonable. Be aware, that if you use plastic, there is a $25 minimum. All in all, a great selection, good atmosphere, and good service. This is a must stop if you are in Chicago.

This bar has international personality, a true "travelers tavern". Exceptional draft program showcasing domestic and European brews equally. Their bottled list offers 100+ selections from all over the world. If you stay too long they have you covered to recover with a full espresso and coffee bar.
