Poured from a 510 mL bottle into a Dogfish Head tulip.
L: Clear light golden orange pour. Thin white head that sticks around a bit. reasonably good lacing.
S: Fairly mild nose... tartness and funk. White wine and grape must.
T/F: Tartness and mild fruit sweetness up front.. vanilla and oak character lead to a more mellow finish. In the middle... fruit and white wine. Grape, pear, and mild lemon. Smooth... well carbonated. Tartness throughout but not overly sour. Still get a little tingle in the salivary glands.
O: A very nice barrel aged sour from Free Will. Light and drinkable... great for the warming weather, and one I'll have to pick up some more of.

Golden transparent color
Very subtle aroma with hints of malt and vanilla
Has a bold sour and fruity taste with notes of malt and vanilla at the end to give it nice balance
Very light bodied and well carbonated, how a sour should taste in my opinion
Overall a great sour with a subtle hint of vanilla that help tone down the sour and give it an incredible flavor profile.

Pours a golden honey, champagne color with a thin white head that dissipates faster than children when a mother calls for dinner. Minimal lacing present, as is typical with a fermented sour such as this.
Smells of, well, Nothing really other than a little bit of sugar that has not been eaten by the yeast. You can stick your nose in this fucker and you will get very little. Thank you science.
Tastes of sour/tartness with a little bit of sugar on the finish, very much like a sour warhead. It's very much like a tart champagne. Very invigorating!
Mouthfeel is awesome! This beer fucking rules! Bearded man's fucking champagne with no need for a mimosa!!
Overall this beer is one of the best Sour beers you fill find out of PA. I'm very impressed by this, as I've had many of the Cascade, Russian river, cantillon, sours. At 7ish percent it's not super drinkable but fuck it. The shit's delicious!! If you find more let me know! Cheers!
