I tried this on tap at Federal Taphouse in Harrisburg PA, served chilled in a snifter shaped glass.
The color is a lightly hazed golden with thin white head with fine bead and no lace. The smell is nice with a wheat presence and subtle lactic aroma with perhaps a mild mineral scent. The feel is great with good balance of tart with slight hint of spice and mostly dry in the finish.
The flavor is not extremely sour or salty but the flavor of the wheat is nice with a fresh but not exactly sweet flavor profile more of a wild yeast element and mineral saltiness with subtle sour finish. Overall this is a good Gose, not the most extreme or sour -very good but not the best I have had.
