330 mL can, 4.7% ABV, 12 degrees Plato
Brew date: Aug. 17, 2011; best by Aug. 17, 2012
Appearance: Color is dark brown with a slight reddish tint. Two fingers of dense tan head which had great retention, but left little lacing.
Smell: Only a slight sweet smell reminiscent of corn was detected.
Taste: Roast malt predominated, slightly sweet, absolutely no bitterness notes. Not complex at all. Watery.
Mouthfeel: Light to medium, with a lot of carbonation on the palate. Sweet finish.
Overall: Actually not as bad as my notes above may indicate. It is drinkable, just that it's a one-note beer, no subtleties. Goes down easy, good with salty snacks.
