I came to Forage on the way back from Jackson Hole and met my SnowBoard instructor, Brent, for a brew. Easy to find on navigation, and in a quiet location by homes in Driggs, ID. Here we go with this this review of this "cozy" lounge.
Walking in, there is only room for around 20 people to hang in this location at once. There is a patio but probably only for the summer time? It was negative 12 degrees when we came here! Looks like its a "best kept secret" of Driggs. Took a seat at the stainless steel bar and ordered a Snake River Powder 8 Porter. Very clean and presentation was everything here. Could watch them cook on both the grill and making small plates. Enjoyed everything about the vibe of this place!
If you come here, ask for Sara. She will take care of you! Was both friendly and made time for both conversation and take care of the other tables.
On-tap was two different Snake River beers (including an Organic) and a Rogue offering. Bottles were all craft as well with Stella also in the mix? Can't remember every beer offered but also remember a very extensive wine list.
Menu looked very unique and most the items were organic. "Off centered" options. Very cool! Wish I could have stayed to eat.
I DEFINITELY suggest coming into this spot if your around town. Organic, healthy, and included an easy going, relaxing environment.
