Purchased at the LCBO for just under $3.00 as typical for these beers these days. Served at 4deg C in a draught glass.
A- Opens well and pours a pretty small head that is gone quick. Very dark clear golden brown color. Very nice indeed
S- Lots of malt here. Variety of spices like cinnamon but very mild and subdued. Excellent brew.
T- Pretty nice surprise to find this one. Big malt backbone with a caramel and fig like overtone. Like an extra little zap of someone trying to learn more and possibly want to try a quad one day
F- Creamy goodness. This one would be lovely on tap and will take it if I EVER find it out there.
O- Nice beer. The look pulled the overall average down but overall a fine, fine brew
Food Pairing
This wonderful little brew went well with....... T bone steak. This girl had what it took for me to enjoy a nice little T bone and it was lovely
Enjoy
