A: Pours with a thick texture. Comes out the bottle black and sits in the glass as so. Light dark brown head on just the edges of the glass. Very light active carbonation in the glass while drinking.
S: Upfront you get some of the coconut and almonds then you get some chocolate and roasted coffee. Very sweet aroma.
T: At first I get the vanilla character then fades into some of the coconut and almond. It is then followed by some chocolate. Pretty sweet on the tongue. Enjoyable tasting beer.
M: Really sweet, thick body. A little oily, but that's perfectly okay with me.
O: Do really enjoy this one, wish I drank a little sooner to get more of the coconut.

A: Black in color. Fully opaque. Forms a moderate sized deep, dark mocha colored head. Head slowly reduces to not much more than a patchy surface coating. Minimal lacing.
S: Aroma is mostly sweet, dark malts and dark fruit. There is a little bit of nutty coconut and more than a little bit of alcohol.
T: The taste is where this one shines. Starts off with a smooth chocolate flavor. A mix of milk and dark chocolate. Lightly sweet. Molasses. Chocolate syrup. Then there is a strong hint of coconut. It's faint, but noticeable. Finishes with a blend of light chocolate, deeply roasted malts, and alcohol.
M: Full bodied. Lower-medium carbonation. A very smooth beer (though it does leave a slightly gritty feel in the mouth long after the swallow). Mild bitterness.
O: A nice blend of flavors. This one works well with the base beer.
