Split a bottle with a buddy. Reviewing after many beers.
Smell on this is...just like a fucking s'more. So good.
Taste... Thought I'd get more graham cracker like pumking or warlock, but it tasted like I was eating a marshmallow. Insanely good. Not a lot of chocolate though.
Mouthfeel. A little thin, but not bad
Overall. If I find this, I will buy lots. It's very good!

A- Pitch black, mocha medium lacing with medium legs. Nice and thick, gums up the glass when swirled around.
S- Nice campfire s'mores taste here. Really great chocolate malty backbone giving tons of body to this thick brew. Marshmallow and graham cracker are noticeable, but not overbearing.
T- Follows the nose to a T here.
M- Nice and thick. Smooth! Minimal carb that totally works with this non-ba stout.
O- I don't usually like Pipeworks, but this one I for sure did!

650 mL bottle poured into a snifter.
Appearance - Black with a brief but substantial khaki head. Thick collar. Wispy surface.
Smell - Marshmallow and dark chocolate. Light spicy aroma.
Taste - Dark chocolate. Lightens up with the marshmallow flavor, which almost lends a fruitiness. Finishes with a kind of artificial sweetness.
Mouthfeel - Seems very sweet but not a very heavy body. Medium carbonation.
Overall - Very artificial. Didn't bother me at first, but after a while it was cloying.

22 oz. bottle, with no bottled on date present. Batch # 294 - 295. Another stout creation from Pipeworks. Expectations are high based on this knowledge.
Poured into a clear balloon snifter.
A - Pours a dark inky black body; opaque in the glass. About a finger of dark chocolate head that goes down to a thin layer quickly. Some nice spotty lacing. Not super impressive, but it looks very nice.
S - Smell is more subdued than I was expecting, but it's still pretty nice. Toasted chocolate malt, honeyed graham crackers, vanilla, cream, cola. The idea of a 'marshmallow fluff' type smell is very well done.
T - Oh wow, this thing definitely embodies the spirit of a smore in beer form, that's for sure. The honeyed graham crackers are very noticeable and authentic. Sweet and sugary. Fudgey and chocolatey. Lots of vanilla, powdery cocoa, cream, and some honey.
M - Feel is smooth, creamy, sugary, and sticky. Medium bodied with good carbonation. Carbonation could maybe stand to be turned up just a notch.
Overall, I'd say this was another success for Pipeworks. 10.00% abv isn't noticeable at all, and this beer is very easy to drink. I definitely wouldn't mind having this beer again, so this is probably one they should re-brew at some point in the future. Another awesome beer in an already swelling line-up of awesome beers.
